There are many determining factors that affect the longevity of powder brows (such as skin type, lifestyle, and medications), but typically it will last 1-3 years.

Pain level should be minimal with the help of topical anesthetics. Some describe the pain as a light scratching or pinching, and others say it's relatively painless. Most clients feel comfortable during the procedure and will even catch a quick nap :)
However, pain tolerance varies from person to person. If you have concerns about the pain, you may take Tylenol before the procedure.

Generally the entire process takes about 2.5 hours (including the mapping and numbing). It is recommended to reserve 3.5 hours for your appointment as each service is customized.

Redness and Swelling
Some redness and swelling around the eyebrows is normal immediately after the procedure. These effects usually subside within a few hours to a day.
Scabbing
Expect scabbing after a few days as your skin oxidizes and sheds the first layer. The level of scabbing depends on the individual’s skin type. Avoid picking at the area, as this could interfere with the pigment's final appearance.
Itching
As flaking and scabbing occurs, some itchiness is expected. If the area feels itchy, gently pat it with a clean cotton pad moistened with distilled water.
Ghosting Stage
A temporary "ghosting stage" may occur, during which a layer of skin forms over the pigment, causing your brows to appear faded. This typically lasts about a week.
